Background

Saminu Gimba is a student that has the ambition to become a Policeman,Looking at the security situation of the north this child need a support to fulfill his dream he is a young boy with a good character The heath problem started with a mild pain in the abdomen which was burning in nature aggravated by spicy food and NSAID letter the pain became very worst and preventing him from eating and drinking. the patient was staying at home, and the parents could not bring him to the hospital due to financial instability. presently he is very ill weak and in painful distress. At presentation his younger sibling and the mother are both crying. The child was evaluated and diagnosed with Severe Peptic Ulcer Disease.

Medical history

Saminu was admitted in our facility on account of severe peptic ulcer disease at risk of Perforation in a patient with background bleeding PUD. He received his injectable medications. Patient responded very well to the treatment as evidenced by resolution of his presenting symptoms. He was then discharged home on oral medications to continue his normal life and pursue his dream of becoming a policeman. He was so happy receiving help from Helpster Charity.

Outcome

If this patient is admitted and receives injectable P.P.I and inject able antibiotics and IV Fluid the prognosis will be well, but if left untreated it will lead to complications and the prognosis will be poor
