Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

12yr old Daniel lives in one of the slum areas of a major town. He likes bike riding and playing football. Daniel likes to drink fresh milk with chapati. In future, he would like to be a mechanic. He was brought to the hospital with complains of headache, pain on swallowing and difficulty in breathing which had been so for the past three days. He had not sought any medical treatment. Daniel's mother got to know about Helpster Charity from a friend whom she had gone to to borrow money to take Daniel to hospital.

Medical history

Daniel was brought to the hospital with complaints of headache, pain while swallowing, and difficulty breathing, which had persisted for three days. After a medical evaluation, he was diagnosed with tonsillitis and gastritis and was immediately started on appropriate treatment. Within two days, the pain while swallowing had significantly reduced, allowing him to eat comfortably. The pain in the epigastric region subsided after four days. He was provided with dietary guidance on foods to avoid to prevent future discomfort. Two weeks later, during a follow-up visit, Daniel was doing well and had learned to manage his condition by avoiding foods that could trigger symptoms. His guardian expressed deep gratitude to Helpster Charity for their support in ensuring his recovery and well-being.

Outcome

Tonsillitis and peptic ulcers disease prognosis is fairly good if treated early with strong antibiotics, if not treated immediately Daniel would be at risk of developing sepsis and stomach bleeding, perforation and brain problems.
