Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Harira is a housewife, staying with her husband and a farmer; she dreams of being a good character, and her hobbies are cooking and washing. She became a trader in their community. She started having lower abdominal pain, which was colicky and associated with the passage of her pregnancy. She was booked at a Primary health center in the town; she developed pain that was severe, preventing her from performing her daily activities. At the presentation, she was examined, and an unfavorable pelvis was noticed; she needed an instrumental delivery. Currently, she is in the labor ward and diagnosed with Obstructed labor which is a life-threatening condition for the mother and baby

Medical history

Harira was admitted in our facility where she was managed as a case of obstructed labour. She had Cesarean Section done where a live female baby was delivered successfully. Her postoperative period was satisfactory. She had proper wound care and appropriate antibiotics. As she recovered , she was discharged home together with her healthy baby. She was very grateful to helpster for helping her.

Outcome

This patient needs an urgent intervention, she needs to be prepared for an instrumental delivery if it fails then she will be booked for an emergency CS. Therefore, she needs blood and antibiotics to prevent severe anemia and puerperal sepsis
