Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Dorcas is a 21-year-old young woman who enjoys spending time with her peers, playing basketball, and watching movies. She is an orphan currently living in a children's home located in Utawala, Nairobi. The children's home relies entirely on the support of well-wishers to sustain its operations. The matron of the home holds a hopeful vision for Dorcas—to work hard in her studies and one day become a successful businesswoman.
