Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rollice like playing with his toys at home. He lives with his mother and the other siblings. He already has a small carrier bag which he says will be his school bag when he will start going to school. He also likes to scribble on books. He was well until he developed a cough and a running nose and occassionaly vomited after eating. His mother tried treating him with over the counter medication, but there was no improvement. When his condition begun to deteriorate, a neighbour who had come to visit them informed Rollice's mother about Helpster Charity and she rushed her son to the hospital.
Medical history
Rollice presented with symptoms of vomiting, general body weakness, cough, runny nose, and fever. Upon arrival at the hospital, he was assessed and tested, revealing a diagnosis of severe malaria and pneumonia. He was started on treatment that included intravenous fluids for rehydration, antibiotics, antipyretics to reduce fever, and antimalarial medication. He remained under inpatient observation for three days and was later discharged to continue his oral medication at home. He was reviewed again at the hospital 3 days after discharge and was confirmed to be doing well.
Outcome
This are life threatening conditions which when not treated on time the patient may die however when treatment is initiated early enough the outcome is good
