Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Medical history
Ananshel was brought to the hospital with complaints of right shoulder pain, which she sustained while playing with friends. She was diagnosed with a right clavicle fracture. She was initially managed with pain relievers and provided with an arm sling, after which she was referred to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital for internal fixation. The treatment was successful, and she has since recovered well and is now healthy and active.
Outcome
Right clavicle bone fractures is fairly good when treated early with splinting and fixation, this will help to maintain bone healing and growth of new cells. Thus Ananshel hand would be able to do it's daily activities within one month.
