Johnson is the second born of the family, and his learning is from a broken home right now; he lives with his mother, and his mother is a trader selling petite things. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
