Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Joshua, a 10-year-old boy, is the youngest of eight siblings. He is a Grade 4 student at a Primary School for the Deaf, where he is sponsored by the Catholic Church and other well wishers due to his family's financial struggles. His education is supported by well-wishers, including the church, who cover his school fees. Joshua is a hardworking and cheerful student who enjoys playing football and dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. Joshua has been unwell for nearly a week. Despite receiving oral medication, his condition did not improve. He experienced severe headaches, vomiting, body aches, and abdominal discomfort. Concerned about his health, the school matron, upon learning about Helpster Charity through a community health practitioner, took him for medical attention, where he was promptly treated.
Medical history
Joshua presented to the hospital with complaints of diarrhea, vomiting, and severe headache. He was diagnosed with severe malaria, this warranted admission and he stayed in the ward for two days. He received IV quinine and broad-spectrum antibiotics, to which he responded well and was duly discharged on orals. The sister in charge met with the family one day during mass and confirmed that he had indeed recovered fully and had gone back to his normal life including playing football.
Outcome
Malaria and Amebiasis are fatal infections if not treated promptly can cause mortality due to severe complications it's therefore a gratitude for admission to save the life of the young boy. The boy after treatment recovered and is back to his studies, if it could not be treated promptly a life could have been possibly lost.
