Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Amina is the sixth and youngest child in her family, a 1-year-old girl living with her parents and five siblings in Bauchi, Nigeria. She brings joy and light to her family with her playful and cheerful presence. Amina developed high fever, cough, and weakness, struggling to feed or sleep. Her worried parents, unable to afford treatment, reached out to Helpster Charity, who stepped in to help them get the care she needed. On presentation at our hospital, she was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria and Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) and requires urgent treatment.
Medical history
Amina was treated at Albisbir Hospital for Malaria and an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) with support from Helpster Charity. She received appropriate medications and supportive care, responded well to treatment, and made a full recovery.
Outcome
With timely treatment, most children recover well from malaria and upper respiratory infections without complications. However, if left untreated, these illnesses can worsen, leading to severe weakness, dehydration, or more serious health problems. Early medical care is important for a full recovery.
