A 10-year-old cheerful boy whose parent are poor. His father is a bricklayer while his mom involves in creative arts and petty trading to make ends meet. He loves playing soccer and have dream to become a lawyer when he grows up. About 2 years ago his mother discovered a scrotal swelling which was initially small in size but continues to increase to its present size causing pain,discomfort and feeling of heaviness. He was brought to UMD to seek for treatment. Clinically examined and was found to have scrotal hernia which can be fixed via surgery upon approval by HELPSTER CHARITY.

Suleiman is a ten-year-old boy from a poor family. He is very active and cheerful. He likes to ride a bicycle and dreams of becoming a pilot when he grows up. About two years ago, Ibrahim's mother noticed that he had a swelling of his scrotum that was decreasing and was accompanied by mild pain, discomfort and a feeling of heaviness. He was referred to the hospital and diagnosed with an Inguinal Hernia. He underwent successful surgery. and was discharged home on 23 july,2025

hernia is a swelling that can be seen at the scrotal. It occurs when there is a defect and failure to close a part of the inguiro wall at the scrotal region, thus allowing fluid and parts of the inguiro to push through the defect. Large defects should be repaired by surgery.
