Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Joseph is the last child of the family of 5, his father is carpenter is income 40000 per month and his mother cleaner in private school and her salary is 13000 per month. They all live together in 1room rented apartment. Joseph is a good boy with the Spirit of leadership and he wish to be a lawyer. Some years ago, the mother noticed the absence of the testes in the right scrotum. There is history of associated pain. The child was seen at our hospital and diagnosed with Undescended Testes (Cryotorchidism). He requires surgery to correct.
Medical history
Joseph was admitted on account of an undescended testis. He underwent orchiopexy, during which the viable testis was identified and successfully positioned in the right scrotal sac. The procedure was uneventful, and the boy made a good recovery. He was discharged in a stable and happy condition.
Outcome
Treatment for undescended testis typically involves surgery, known as orchiopexy. During this procedure, a surgeon relocates the testicle from its abnormal position in the abdomen or groin into the scrotum. This helps promote normal testicular development and function. Treatment is essential to prevent long-term complications, especially if the condition is identified in early childhood.
