Joseph is the last child of the family of 5, his father is carpenter is income 40000 per month and his mother cleaner in private school and her salary is 13000 per month. Some years ago, the mother noticed the absence of the testes in the right scrotum. There is history of associated pain. The child was seen at our hospital and diagnosed with Undescended Testes (Cryotorchidism). He requires surgery to correct.
