Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Background
Abdulwaheed is the 3rd of the 5, his father is a commercial driver and a private school teacher they all live in a room rented apartment. It was noticed when the baby was month old. He was taken to the hospital where he was scheduled for surgery but unable to go back because of financial circumstances. He is diagnosed with Undescended Testes.
Medical history
Abduraheem was diagnosed with a hydrocele and admitted for surgery with Helpster’s approval. He underwent the procedure successfully without any complications. His recovery was smooth, and he was able to resume his normal activities with joy. His parents were relieved and expressed their gratitude.
