Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Damilare is a 10-year-old boy who is the last child of the family of 6, he love reading and running good and well in his community. His parents are no longer living together his mother is a factory worker, all the children live with their mother in a 1room rented apartment. The child was noticed to have absence of Right Testes since birth. The family had assumed that the Testes will descend on its own into the scrotum. However, it did not and on presentation and evaluated, the child was diagnosed of Undescended Testes.
Medical history
Damilare was admitted on account of an undescended testis, but on evaluation, a left hydrocele was also noted. He underwent orchiopexy, during which a viable testis was identified and successfully positioned in the right scrotal sac. The procedure was uneventful, and he made a smooth recovery. He was discharged in a stable and cheerful condition.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
