Jibrin M., 13

Jibrin is 13 years old and the eldest of three children, living with his parents in Bauchi. Coming from a poor family, he faces many challenges, including limited access to basic needs. Due to transportation difficulties, he attends a junior secondary school close to his home. Despite these hardships, Jibrin remains focused and determined. He dreams of becoming a lawyer one day, hoping to stand up for justice and help others in his community. Jibrin began showing signs of illness with fever, stomach pain, painful urination, and blood in his urine. His parents first took him to a local chemist, but the drugs given had no effect.
