Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Iretomilola first child of the family of 6, his mother is a casual worker in a poultry farm and her income per month is #20,000. His father is a mechanic, and his income par mouth is about #30,000 to #40,000. They all live together in a rented 1room and parlor. His hobby is playing football, and he loves to be a lawyer. The swelling was noticed when he was 3years old, the swelling has been increasing in size, not associated with body pain. On presentation, the child was evaluated and diagnosed with Inguinal Hernia.

Medical history

Lawal was admitted on account of an inguinal hernia, which had been causing him swelling and discomfort. He underwent successful surgical repair, after which he remained on admission until full recovery. He was later discharged home in a stable condition, free of swelling and feeling much better. His parent expressed gratitude to Helpster Charity and was very happy with the outcome.

Outcome

If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
