Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Bramwel is a cheerful nine-year-old boy who dreams of becoming an engineer in the future. He loves drawing and molding structures out of clay. He lives with his father and four siblings. His father, a farmer, is the sole provider for the family and earns about 1,500 shillings per month, depending on the sale of his farm produce. Bramwel is a known sickle cell patient. He was brought to the hospital after experiencing symptoms of headache, dizziness, and general unwellness over the past three days.
Medical history
Bramwel is a known Sickler and was diagnosed when he was in painful crisis he was admitted and was given antibiotics ,sickle cell drugs and rehydrating fluids. As he started feeling better, he was discharged from the hospital to continue his treatment at home and also advised to continue with outpatient sickle cell clinic. During the check-up call, the Helpster volunteer heard from him that he is now fully recovered and back to his normal life.Bramwel says ", I would like to appreciate Helpster Charity on their support. Thank you.”
Outcome
Prognosis is good, the proper medication will be prescribed and Bramwel will be able to live comfortably with his condition
