Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Agnes is a 15-year-old girl who enjoys watching basketball. She is an orphan living at a children’s home which relies entirely on the support of well-wishers. Agnes dreams of becoming a doctor one day. She was abandoned by the roadside when she was just a few months old and was rescued by a kind stranger who reported the case to the police. Since then, she has been under the care of the children’s home, and all attempts to locate her parents or relatives have been unsuccessful. A day before she was brought to the hospital, Agnes had a fever, loss of appetite, and a general feeling of being unwell. Her condition worsened on the morning of the day she was brought to the hospital, prompting her admission to the hospital.

Medical history

Gateo Agnes, a 15-year-old girl, was diagnosed with severe malaria. She was admitted for one day and received IV PCM infusion, Amoxicillin, Dextrose, and Promethazine as treatment. Helpster Charity covered all her medical expenses. Thanks to the prompt treatment, Agnes regained her strength quickly and is now fully recovered. Her family expresses heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity for their generous support. "Asanteni sana Helpster" words from Gateo Agnes.

Outcome

Agnes was accorded necessary medication and responded well to the treatment. Timely diagnosis and treatment of malaria are critical to prevent complications, save lives, and reduce community transmission.
