Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mathan is a cheerful 2-year-old boy living with his parents in Bauchi, Nigeria. Curious and playful, he loves exploring his surroundings, listening to stories, and spending time with his family. His bright smile and joyful energy bring warmth to everyone around him. Mathan began experiencing high fever, persistent cough, difficulty breathing, and loss of appetite. He was unusually tired and less playful, which alerted his parents something was wrong. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Malaria and Respiratory Tract Infection.
Medical history
Little Mathan, just 2 years old, began to suffer from constant fever, weakness, and stomach pain that left him unable to play or eat. His family, already struggling financially, couldn’t afford the treatment he needed.In their time of need, they turned to Helpster Charity at Albisir Hospital. Thanks to their support, Mathan received free medical care and the right treatment. Slowly, his strength returned, and his smile came back. They were discharged after the was satisfied with with his recovery.
Outcome
With early diagnosis and proper treatment, both malaria and respiratory tract infections (RTIs) in children like Mathan usually have a good prognosis. Most children recover fully with medications, rest, and supportive care. However, delayed treatment can lead to serious complications, especially in young children.
