Ibrahim Abdullahi is a 14-year-old cheerful child who likes playing with his friends and also have to dream to become a teacher in the future, Ibrahim who is living in bintu suga under jere local government area is from poor background. About 8 months ago he started experiencing right loin pain, lower back pain and dysuria. He was presented to different health facilities and was diagnosed with right kidney stone, and he was planned for surgery, but her parent doesn't have enough money to pay for the bills.

Ibrahim Abdullahi a 14-year-old male, was referred to our facility with a right kidney stone. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he underwent elective right nephrolithotomy. The surgery was successful without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 5 days for close monitoring and treatment. The patient recovered well and was discharged home after 5 days, with follow-up care scheduled for 1 week. Currently, the child is doing well, has recovered, and has resumed regular activities at home.

Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones.
