Afolabi Islamiyat, a young patient, presented with a 3-month history of recurrent, debilitating lower abdominal pain, which has worsened significantly. She is now experiencing severe vomiting, high-grade fever, and excruciating pain, rendering her unable to walk or even stand. Her condition is dire, and she urgently requires medical attention.
