Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Carl was brought to the hospital in distress, and was unable to breathe well. Mother reported that the child had been coughing for some time and had a fever. For the past 2 days, he was vomiting a lot. He was diagnosed with severe malaria with sepsis and mild electrolyte imbalance

Medical history

THE CHILD WAS DIAGNOSED WITH MALARIA AND SINCE ADMISSION THE CHILD HAS BEEN ON MANAGEMENT MEDICATION AND NUTRITIONAL MANAGEMENT THAT SAW THE CHILD IMPROVING DAILY.

Outcome

Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
