Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sharon is a 20-year-old young woman who dropped out of school while in Form Two. She got married at a young age in search of a better life, but the marriage became difficult and eventually ended in separation, leaving her with emotional and social challenges. Despite these experiences, Sharon remains humble, respectful, and determined. She has a strong interest in personal growth and often spends her time reading novels and inspirational books, nurturing her dream of becoming independent and successful in the future. She currently lives with her mother, who is the sole provider for the family. Her mother runs a small-scale business that generates minimal income, which is not enough to meet their basic needs such as food, clothing, and healthcare. Due to these financial constraints, Sharon has limited opportunities to further her education, although she remains hopeful. Sharon learned about Helpster Charity through a neighbor who had previously benefited from the program and encouraged her to seek help at the health facility. She was brought to the hospital accompanied by her mother, presenting with a two-week history of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, dizziness, general body weakness, fatigue, and headache. By the time she arrived at the facility, her condition had significantly worsened. She appeared extremely weak and pale, with reduced energy and difficulty standing or walking without support. She reported persistent bleeding, increasing dizziness, and episodes of near fainting, indicating a severe decline in her health status. On examination, supported by laboratory tests and abdominal ultrasound, Sharon was diagnosed with severe anaemia, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and suspected aplastic anemia. Due to the seriousness of her condition, she was admitted for urgent treatment, close monitoring, and further investigations to determine the underlying cause and stabilize her condition.
