Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Shirin Akter is a gentle and devoted homemaker from a very poor family. Her husband, a day laborer earning only around 6,000 BDT per month, is the sole provider for their six-member household, leaving no financial ability to cover her medical expenses. For years she has suffered from severe throat problems, and her condition has recently worsened, causing fever, difficulty swallowing, and serious breathing trouble, especially at night. Despite her illness, she continues to care for her children and family members with patience and strength. Without proper treatment, her breathing problems could become life-threatening; after learning about Helpster Charity from Sadika, the family has humbly requested financial support for her urgent care.

Medical history

The patient,Shirin Akter 20 years old was admitted to City Clinic on 20 May 2026. A successful Adino-tonsilotomy operation was performed the same day.The child progressed well and were discharged on 21th may 2026 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.

Outcome

The doctor has recommended an adenotonsillectomy as the most effective treatment for Shirin’s condition. With this surgery, her repeated throat infections, fever, and breathing difficulties are expected to significantly improve, allowing her to return to a healthy and active daily life. She will be able to eat, sleep, and carry out her regular activities without constant discomfort. However, if left untreated, she may continue to suffer from recurrent infections, worsening throat pain, and breathing problems. Over time, these complications could negatively affect her overall health and quality of life, and may lead to more serious infections.
