Three-year-old Mohammad Osman is a cheerful and playful child who now struggles to breathe and cannot sleep peacefully due to his illness. His father, Mohammad Yasin, works as an auto driver earning only around 9,000 BDT per month, which barely supports his wife, Beli Begum, and their family, leaving no savings for urgent medical care. As Osman’s breathing becomes more difficult and his condition worsens, his parents feel helpless, unable to afford the hospital treatment he urgently needs. Without proper care, his respiratory infection could become life-threatening, putting his young life at serious risk. After learning about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp in Geneva Camp, the family now holds onto hope to save their beloved child.

The patient Mohammad Osman, aged 3 years, was admitted to Al-Manar Hospital Ltd. on 16 February 2026 with the diagnosis of severe pneumonia with Viral Respiratory Tract Infection accompanied by respiratory distress. He received inpatient treatment including oxygen therapy, nebulization, and necessary medications under pediatric supervision. Following careful monitoring and medical management, he showed steady clinical improvement and was discharged on 19 February 2026 with advice for continued medication and follow-up care. Mohammad Osman’s parents expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster Charity for supporting their child’s treatment during this critical time.

Doctors have advised that with proper treatment including oxygen therapy, nebulization, and appropriate medications under close pediatric supervision, Osman has a strong chance of recovery and can return to a normal, active childhood. This care will help ease his breathing, clear the infection from his lungs, and restore his strength over time. With timely treatment, he can recover without long-term complications. However, if left untreated, his breathing difficulties may worsen, leading to severe respiratory failure and life-threatening complications. Immediate medical care is therefore essential to save his life and ensure a healthy future.
