Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Abir Islam is a charming and pious 10-year-old boy who loves helping his father and dreams of becoming a teacher, bringing hope to his younger sister Rubaiya Akter and comfort to his elderly grandmother Kulsum Banu. His father, Md. Robiul Islam, earns only 6,000 taka per month as a day laborer, and the five-member family lives in fragile conditions without a permanent home, making it impossible to afford private medical treatment. During a seasonal outbreak in their area, where most families use common toilets and face serious hygiene issues, Abir developed acute watery diarrhea with vomiting and fever; the overcrowded government hospital, suffering from shortages of beds and medicines, could not improve his condition. As he became too weak to drink, the risk of severe dehydration and life-threatening complications grew, leaving his mother Most. Arfina Begum in tears beside his bed. Learning about Helpster Charity through a nurse, the helpless family has sought urgent support at a Helpster Partner Hospital, knowing that without timely treatment, they may lose their beloved son and brother.

Outcome
The doctor has recommended immediate hospital admission for abir so he can receive proper hydration, feeding, and other supportive care. With timely treatment, his fluid levels can be restored, his weakness will improve, and he will have a strong chance of making a full recovery. Supportive therapy will help him body regain strength and prevent further complications. However, if he is left untreated, his dehydration may worsen rapidly, leading to severe illness and possible organ failure. Without urgent care, this condition could become life-threatening for such a young child.
