Thirteen-month-old Md. Yousuf is a cheerful and innocent baby who brings joy to his parents, older brother Ibrahim, little sister Asia, and grandmother Fatima. His father Sohel, a rickshaw driver earning about 8,000 BDT per month, struggles to support the five-member family, making it very difficult to afford medical expenses. Recently, due to water-borne diseases common in their area, Yousuf suddenly developed watery diarrhea, mild fever, and abdominal pain, and doctors at Saheda Gafur Hospital diagnosed him with acute watery diarrhea with signs of dehydration. Because he is so young, severe dehydration can quickly become dangerous and may threaten his life if not treated in time. After learning about Helpster Charity from community members and volunteer Abdur Rahman, his worried family is seeking support so that Yousuf can receive the urgent care he needs to recover.

Yousuf is 13 months old child. Suddenly he got diarrhoea for 5 days with fever. His mother came to our hospital in 10 january 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as diarrhoea. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Yousuf comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. Doctors have recommended NG feeding, proper hydration therapy, and close medical monitoring to treat Yousuf’s acute watery diarrhea and dehydration. With timely treatment, fluids and nutrients can be restored to his body, helping him regain strength and recover fully within a short time. Proper care will prevent further fluid loss and protect his vital organs from damage. However, if this condition is left untreated, severe dehydration may worsen and lead to extreme weakness, organ complications, and shock.
