Suborna Rani is a caring and hopeful 24-year-old mother who dreams of a safe delivery for her second child, but her family lives in extreme financial hardship. Her husband earns only around 4,000 BDT per month as a day laborer, which is not enough to support the household that includes his elderly parents who are unable to work, making it impossible to afford the urgent medical care she now needs. As her pregnancy has developed complications with low fluid and the baby in an unsafe position, her condition has become increasingly risky for both mother and child. Without proper and timely treatment, she may face serious complications during delivery, and the life of her unborn baby could be in danger. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Sadika Rahman, the family now holds onto hope for a safe outcome for both mother and child.

The patient, Suborna Rani was admitted to City Clinic on 25th March 2026. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy3.0 kg male baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 29th March 2026 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.

The doctor has advised a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest option to ensure a controlled and secure delivery for both Suborna and her baby. With timely surgery, the risks related to the breech position and low amniotic fluid can be carefully managed, greatly reducing the chances of birth complications and protecting the lives of both mother and child. A planned LUCS will help prevent prolonged labor, fetal distress, and possible injury during delivery. However, if proper treatment is not provided, there is a serious risk of obstructed labor, severe bleeding, or distress to the baby, which could become life-threatening. Early surgical intervention offers the best chance for a safe outcome and a healthy recovery for both mother and newborn.
