Eman Sharif, a calm and kind 20-year-old young man from a Rohingya refugee family, has always tried to support others in the camp as a volunteer while dreaming of a better future for himself and his family. He lives with his parents, Rahim Ullah and Homaira Begum, and his seven siblings, where his father’s irregular day labor income is not enough to meet even basic needs, making medical treatment unaffordable. Despite his severe injury, Eman remains patient and hopeful, showing strength even in pain. However, without proper treatment, his deep leg injuries may lead to serious infection, long-term disability, and permanent loss of mobility, affecting his ability to work and support his family in the future. After learning about Helpster Charity through volunteer Ahammod Ali Azad, the family is now seeking support to help Eman recover and regain his normal life.

Eman Sharif, a 20-year-old male, was admitted on 13.03.3036 with severe injuries to his right leg following an accident, causing heavy bleeding, intense pain, and difficulty in movement. During hospitalization, he received intravenous fluids and was closely monitored to stabilize his condition before undergoing successful surgical repair of the Achilles tendon on 16.03.3036 under spinal anesthesia. After surgery, he received proper pain management, wound care, infection prevention, and physiotherapy to support his recovery. He showed good clinical improvement and was discharged on 19.03.3036 in stable condition. The entire treatment was fully supported by Helpster Charity, and his family expresses heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, its dedicated volunteers, and the hospital team for their compassionate care and support.

The doctor has advised immediate hospitalization and surgical repair to restore the damaged tendon and soft tissues, along with proper wound care, infection prevention, and physiotherapy. This treatment is not only essential for recovery but also life-saving, as it helps prevent severe infection and further complications that could become dangerous if the wound worsens. With timely and appropriate care, the patient is expected to gradually regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to normal daily activities, including walking and working. However, if left untreated, the injury may lead to serious infection, permanent disability, and loss of normal leg function. This could result in lifelong pain and an inability to work, severely affecting the patient’s future and overall quality of life.
