Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Naphtali is a 2-year-old boy living with his widowed mother and siblings in a small community. Since the loss of his father, the family has struggled to meet basic needs, with his mother relying on petty trading to support the household. They live in a single-room apartment and face ongoing financial hardship. He presented with high-grade continuous fever, along with cough, nasal congestion, weakness, and reduced activity. There was also a history of similar illness in his older sister. On examination, he appeared acutely ill and febrile, with notable findings including Koplik spots. He was diagnosed with severe malaria and requires prompt medical treatment. Due to financial constraints, the family sought help at the hospital and were referred for support through Helpster Charity.
