Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Bayezid is a gentle and playful 7-year-old boy living in a large family of seven members, where his father, Bachchu Akon, struggles to support everyone by pulling a rickshaw and earning only around 7,000 BDT per month. With such a limited income, the family can barely manage their daily needs, making medical treatment unaffordable for them. Despite his condition, Bayezid is a cheerful child who loves to learn and spend time with his siblings, showing strength even during illness. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman, which gave them hope in this difficult time. Without timely treatment, his severe dehydration could become life-threatening, leading to shock, organ failure, and serious risk to his life.
Medical history
Bayezid 07 years old baby boy. Suddenly he got diarrhoea for 2 days with abdominal pain. Her mother came to our hospital in 11th March 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as diarrhoea with severe dehydration. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the patient proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Bayezid comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. On 15th March 2026, we discharged him. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Outcome
Doctors have proper hydration therapy, and close medical monitoring to treat Bayezid’s acute watery diarrhea and dehydration. With timely treatment, fluids and nutrients can be restored to his body, helping him regain strength and recover fully within a short time. Proper care will prevent further fluid loss and protect his vital organs from damage. However, if this condition is left untreated, severe dehydration may worsen and lead to extreme weakness, organ complications, and shock. In young children like Bayezid, untreated dehydration can quickly become life-threatening, making immediate treatment and monitoring very important
