Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Lavly Begum is a kind and hardworking housewife from a low-income family. She lives with her husband, who works as a day laborer with a very limited income, and their two young children. Their earnings are only enough to manage basic daily needs, making it impossible for them to afford the cost of medical care for her current pregnancy. Recently, her husband learned about Helpster Charity through a relative, Rafiqul Islam, and a representative, Bablu Abdullah, later visited their home to assess their situation. Now at 38 weeks of pregnancy, Lavly has been diagnosed with a breech baby and has been experiencing abdominal pain and weakness. She hopes to give birth safely, but the family is deeply worried as they cannot afford hospital delivery costs. Without proper medical care, there is a high risk of serious complications during childbirth, which could endanger the lives of both mother and baby.
Medical history
Lavly Begum was admitted to the hospital on March 31, 2026, with a diagnosis of breech presentation. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on April 4th, 2026. Upon discharge, husband and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated treatment and continuous support throughout the process. Lavly’s husband was especially thankful to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance during the treatment.
Outcome
The doctor advises LUCS (Lower Uterine Cesarean Section) as the safest treatment option because the baby is in breech presentation at 38+ weeks of pregnancy. With timely LUCS, the baby can be delivered safely, greatly reducing the risk of birth injury, oxygen deprivation, or fetal distress, while also protecting the mother from prolonged or obstructed labor. This procedure will give both mother and child a strong chance at a healthy recovery and a normal life after delivery. However, if the condition is left untreated and labor progresses naturally, the baby may suffer serious complications such as trauma, asphyxia, or even death. The mother could also face life-threatening risks including severe bleeding, uterine rupture, or infection.
