Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Rojina Khatun is a caring and devoted housewife who lives with her husband in a financially struggling household, where her husband’s low income as an Imam is barely enough to cover daily needs. With such limited resources, it is impossible for them to afford the cost of medical treatment for her current pregnancy. Despite her past loss, Rojina remains hopeful and strong, dreaming of safely welcoming a healthy baby into their family. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a local person, Rafiqul, and received support after assessment by Bablu Abdullah, giving them much-needed hope. Without timely treatment, her condition with low amniotic fluid and ongoing symptoms could become life-threatening, leading to serious complications for both mother and baby, including the risk of losing the child again.
Medical history
Most Rojina Khatun was admitted to the hospital on April 02, 2026 with a diagnosis of Severe Olygohydramnois. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on April 06, 2026. Upon discharge, father and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated treatment and continuous support throughout the process. Rojina Khatunr’s father was especially thankful to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance during the treatment.
Outcome
With an urgent cesarean section, Rojina has a strong chance of a safe delivery and recovery. The procedure will help prevent complications caused by low amniotic fluid and ensure that the baby is delivered before distress worsens. With proper post-operative care, both mother and baby are expected to regain strength and live a healthy life. However, if left untreated, her condition can quickly become life-threatening. The baby may suffer from severe oxygen shortage, leading to stillbirth, while the mother may face serious complications such as excessive bleeding or uterine rupture. Without timely intervention, both lives could be at serious risk with irreversible consequences.
