Puza Rani is a gentle and hardworking 20-year-old pregnant woman who dreams of a safe delivery for her second child, while caring for her husband and elderly in-laws who depend entirely on her family. Her husband, a day laborer earning around 5000 BDT per month, is the sole earner, making it impossible for them to afford the urgent medical care she now requires. Puza has developed complications including low amniotic fluid and a breech-positioned baby, placing both her life and her unborn child at serious risk. Without timely treatment, she may face life-threatening complications during delivery, and the baby could suffer severe distress or even loss. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Sadika Rahman and is now seeking support to ensure a safe outcome for both mother and child.

The patient,Puza Rani was admitted to City Clinic on 19th April 2026. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy 3 kg female baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 23th April 2026 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.

The doctor has advised a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest option to ensure a controlled and secure delivery for both Protima and her baby. With timely surgery, the risks related to the breech position and low amniotic fluid can be carefully managed, greatly reducing the chances of birth complications and protecting the lives of both mother and child. A planned LUCS will help prevent prolonged labor, fetal distress, and possible injury during delivery. However, if proper treatment is not provided, there is a serious risk of obstructed labor, severe bleeding, or distress to the baby, which could become life-threatening. Early surgical intervention offers the best chance for a safe outcome and a healthy recovery for both mother and newborn.
