Most. Guriya is a calm and gentle 21-year-old woman living in a government camp with her husband, young sister-in-law, and elderly mother-in-law, where daily life is marked by financial hardship. Her husband, Md. Ashraful, earns only around 6,000 BDT per month as a day laborer, which is not enough to support the family or cover medical expenses. Despite losing her first baby, Guriya remains hopeful and strong, dreaming of a safe delivery and a healthy child. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a leaflet, giving them a chance to seek help in this critical time. Without timely treatment, her condition—combined with severe anemia and breech pregnancy—could become life-threatening, leading to complications during delivery and serious risk to both mother and baby.

Most. Guriya was admitted to the hospital on 02.07.2026 with a 35-week pregnancy and a breech presentation. She underwent a successful LUCS on the same day under the supervision of Dr. Nahid Akter, Surgeon, and Dr. Anik, Anaesthetist. The baby was delivered safely, and both mother and newborn received proper medical management, attentive nursing care, and continuous postoperative monitoring. Their condition improved steadily, and they recovered well. As they remained stable and free from complications, both were discharged in good health on 05.07.2026.

The recommended treatment for Guriya is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby immediately and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, the baby is expected to recover well and lead a healthy life.
