Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jesmin Nahar Mim is a gentle and determined 19-year-old girl living with her extended family, where her father struggles as a farmer with irregular and very limited income that barely meets their daily needs. Because of this financial hardship, the family is unable to afford proper medical treatment, and they initially relied on local pharmacy medicines that only gave temporary relief. Despite her illness, Jesmin remains hopeful and strong, caring for her family and trying to cope with her worsening condition. Her mother learned about Helpster Charity through Dr. Amulla Sarker, and with guidance from Bablu Abdullah, they sought treatment at Jamuna Clinic, bringing them much-needed hope. Without timely treatment, her typhoid fever could become life-threatening, leading to severe infection, intestinal complications, and serious risk to her life.
Medical history
Jesmin Nahar Mim was admitted to the hospital on April 02, 2026, with a high fever, cough, and headache. Following a thorough medical evaluation, she was diagnosed with typhoid fever. After receiving six days of treatment, her condition improved significantly, and she was discharged on April 07, 2026, in good health. Both her mother and father accompanied her throughout the hospital stay and were present at the time of discharge. Her mother expressed sincere gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated care and support. Her father was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster, which played a crucial role in ensuring timely and appropriate medical treatment.
Outcome
With timely hospitalization, parenteral antibiotics, and supportive therapy, Jesmin has a strong chance of full recovery. The treatment will help control the infection, reduce fever, and restore her strength, allowing her to return to normal daily activities. Proper medical care will also prevent complications and ensure her overall well-being. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever can become life-threatening. The infection may worsen and lead to serious complications such as intestinal perforation, severe dehydration, or spread of infection throughout the body. Without timely care, her condition could deteriorate significantly, putting her life at serious risk.
