Mohammad Hussain is a gentle and well-mannered three-year-old who suffered serious burn injuries when hot water accidentally spilled on his face and surrounding areas at home, leaving him in severe pain with visible blisters. His father earns only about 8,000 BDT per month working in a biscuit bakery, while his mother is a housewife, and they struggle to support their family of five, including two school-going children, while living in an unsafe and unstable environment. With such limited income and no savings, the family is unable to afford the ongoing medical care required for proper burn treatment. They came to know about Helpster Charity through a volunteer, Masud Rana, during this difficult time. Without timely and proper treatment, the burn injuries could lead to serious infection, permanent scarring, or even life-threatening complications, making urgent support essential for his recovery.

After the accident, Mohammad Hussain was taken to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital, where he received immediate emergency care for his burn injuries. The medical team quickly managed his pain, cleaned and dressed the wounds, and started proper treatment to prevent infection and support healing. He remained under close observation and continued treatment until his condition improved, and he was discharged on 4/4/2026 after being admitted on 31/3/2026. Now, Mohammad is recovering well at home, and his family is relieved and grateful to see him improving. With heartfelt gratitude, his parents sincerely thanked Helpster Charity donors, the dedicated volunteers, and the medical team at Narayanganj Poly Clinic for their timely support and compassionate care.

Immediate and proper treatment is essential to prevent complications. The doctor has advised conservative management with close monitoring of the affected areas. If left untreated or inadequately managed, the injury may lead to serious complications such as infection (sepsis), hypovolemia (fluid loss), and even multi-organ failure. Additionally, there is a risk of long-term complications including severe scarring and permanent physical disabilities. Therefore, continuous medical care and proper treatment are strongly recommended for his recovery.
