She is a quiet and responsible girl who supports her family and continues her studies despite hardship. She became seriously ill with prolonged high fever, weakness, and neck swelling, and was diagnosed with enteric fever, which requires proper treatment. Her parents and brother are deeply worried but cannot bear the cost due to financial limitations. They learned about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp and sought help, as without timely treatment, her condition may worsen, leading to severe infection and life-threatening complications.

Story about the child’s treatment and recovery: Kushi Akter, a 14-year-old girl, was admitted to Al-Manar Hospital Ltd. on 07 April 2026 at 11:57 AM after suffering from high fever for about 15 days and neck swelling for around 10 days, and she was diagnosed with Enteric Fever. During her hospital stay, she received supportive care, conservative treatment, proper antibiotics, and medical investigations, as advised by the treating doctor. Over the course of 7 days, her condition gradually improved with treatment and close observation. She was discharged on 14 April 2026 at 1:21 PM with prescribed medicines and follow-up advice for continued recovery at home.
