Abdullah Hafiz was admitted to Al-Manar Hospital Ltd. on 07/04/2026 at 02:06 PM with the diagnosis of severe pneumonia with bronchiolitis, ASOM, rickets, and nutritional anemia. He received oxygen therapy, intravenous antibiotics, and supportive treatment under close pediatric supervision during his hospital stay. After continuous monitoring and improvement in symptoms, he was discharged on 18/04/2026 in a stable condition with prescribed medications and follow-up advice. The treatment lasted around 11 days, and the child showed steady recovery, though he still requires ongoing care, nutrition support, and follow-up visits for complete healing.
