Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Habiba Khatun is a bright and determined 9-year-old schoolgirl who lives with her parents, where her father’s small income as a day laborer is barely enough to meet their daily needs, leaving no ability to afford proper medical treatment. Despite her illness, Habiba remains hopeful and eager to return to school, showing strength and patience even while suffering from prolonged fever and weakness. Her mother learned about Helpster Charity through Md. Anwar Hossain and sought help, as they were unable to continue her treatment due to financial hardship. As her condition worsened, she became weak, fatigued, and fully dependent on her parents’ care, causing deep concern within the family. If she does not receive timely treatment for typhoid fever, the infection may become severe, leading to complications such as intestinal damage or life-threatening conditions, putting her young life at serious risk.
Medical history
Habiba Khatun was admitted to the hospital on April 9, 2026, presenting with high fever, persistent cough, breathlessness, and abdominal pain. Following a comprehensive medical evaluation, she was diagnosed with typhoid fever and a colitis infection. She underwent seven days of dedicated treatment, during which her condition improved significantly. On April 15, 2026, she was discharged in good health. Throughout her hospital stay, Habiba was accompanied by her mother and father, who were also present at the time of her discharge. Her mother expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their compassionate care and dedicated support. Her father also conveyed sincere appreciation for the financial assistance provided by Helpster, emphasizing that it played a vital role in ensuring Habiba received timely and appropriate medical treatment.
Outcome
With timely hospitalization, parenteral antibiotic therapy, and supportive care, Habiba Khatun has a strong chance of full recovery without long-term complications. The treatment will help control the infection, reduce her fever, relieve abdominal pain, and restore her strength and appetite, allowing her to return to her normal daily activities and continue her education. Close medical supervision will ensure that her condition improves steadily and that any complications are managed early. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever may worsen and lead to serious complications such as intestinal bleeding or perforation, severe dehydration, and widespread infection. In severe cases, this can become life-threatening, putting her young life at significant risk.
