Soa Mondal is a kind and responsible 11-year-old girl living in a large family of seven members, where her father struggles to support everyone by selling ice cream and earning only around 8,000 BDT per month. With such a limited income, it is very difficult for the family to manage daily expenses, making medical treatment unaffordable. Despite her illness, Soa is a bright and caring student who dreams of continuing her education and helping her family in the future. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Abdur Rahman, giving them a hope for treatment. Without proper care, her typhoid condition could become life-threatening, leading to severe infection, dehydration, intestinal complications, and serious risk to her life.

Soa Mondal is a 11 years old child. Suddenly She got fever for many days with severe caugh. Her mother came to our hospital in 09 March 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Shrishty Mondol comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. On 16th March 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Soa’s typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
