Most. Most. Runa Begum was admitted at 35 weeks of pregnancy with a breech presentation on 26.03.2026. On the same day, she underwent a lower uterine cesarean section (LUCS) under spinal anesthesia. The operation was successful, and a healthy baby was delivered safely. Following the surgery, she received proper medical management, including pain control, antibiotics, fluid support, and close monitoring of her vital signs.
