Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ritu Rani is a gentle and hopeful 21-year-old woman, expecting her first child while living with her husband and elderly in-laws who are unable to work. Her husband, a day laborer earning around 4,000 BDT per month, struggles to support the entire family, leaving no ability to afford the urgent medical care she now requires. Despite her discomfort and fear, Ritu remains patient and determined, holding on to her dream of a safe delivery and a healthy baby. The family came to know about Helpster Charity through volunteer Sadika Rahman while seeking help during this difficult time. If she does not receive timely medical treatment, her condition of oligohydramnios with breech presentation may lead to serious complications such as fetal distress, unsafe delivery, or even life-threatening risks for both mother and child.
Medical history
The patient, Ritu Rani was admitted to City Clinic on 01th June 2026. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy2.5 kg female baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 04th june 2026 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.
Outcome
The doctor has advised a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest option to ensure a controlled and secure delivery for both Ritu and her baby. With timely surgery, the risks related to the breech position and low amniotic fluid can be carefully managed, greatly reducing the chances of birth complications and protecting the lives of both mother and child. A planned LUCS will help prevent prolonged labor, fetal distress, and possible injury during delivery. However, if proper treatment is not provided, there is a serious risk of obstructed labor, severe bleeding, or distress to the baby, which could become life-threatening. Early surgical intervention offers the best chance for a safe outcome and a healthy recovery for both mother and newborn.
