Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mst. Eshita Akter Eshamoni, a 15-year-old pregnant girl, lives with her husband, a day laborer, in a financially struggling household where his low and unstable income is not enough to cover daily needs or medical expenses. Despite her young age, she is a brave and hopeful mother who dreams of a safe delivery and a healthy baby. At 38 weeks of pregnancy, she developed watery discharge and abdominal pain, and doctors found that the baby is in a breech position, requiring careful medical management. However, due to financial hardship, her family is unable to afford the necessary treatment. They learned about Helpster Charity through a government health worker and sought help, as without timely care, her condition may lead to serious complications during delivery, putting both her life and her baby’s life at risk.
Medical history
Mst Eshita Akter Eshamoni was admitted to the hospital on April 21, 2026 with a diagnosis of 37 weeks of pregnancy with Breech presentation. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on April 25, 2026. Upon discharge, mother and mother-in-law came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated treatment and continuous support throughout the process. Eshamoni’s mother was especially thankful to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance during the treatment.
Outcome
With timely LUCS (caesarean section), Eshita Akter Eshamoni can have a safe delivery, ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby despite the breech position. The procedure will reduce complications and support a healthy outcome, with good recovery expected. However, if left untreated, breech presentation may lead to obstructed labor, birth injury, or lack of oxygen to the baby. The mother may also face severe complications such as bleeding or trauma. These risks can become life-threatening, so immediate surgical care is essential.
