Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Nafia Akter Nupur, a 25-year-old mother, lives with her husband and young daughter in a financially struggling household where her husband earns a small income as a day laborer, making it difficult to afford medical care. She is a caring and hopeful mother who dreams of a safe delivery and a healthy baby. Her husband came to know about Helpster Charity from a health worker, Faruk Hossain, and later contacted the organization, after which Bablu Abdullah conducted a home visit and enrolled her in the program. She developed abdominal pain and watery discharge, and was diagnosed with a breech baby requiring proper medical intervention. Without timely treatment, complications during delivery could put both the mother and baby at serious and life-threatening risk.
Medical history
Mst. Nafia Akter Nupur was admitted to the hospital on April 21, 2026, with a diagnosis of a 38-week pregnancy with breech presentation. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on April 25, 2026. Upon discharge, family members came to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their dedicated treatment and continuous support throughout the process. Nupur’s mother was especially thankful to Helpster for providing crucial financial assistance during the treatment.
Outcome
With timely LUCS (caesarean section), Nafia Akter Nupur can have a safe delivery despite the breech presentation, ensuring the well-being of both mother and baby. The procedure will reduce complications and support a healthy recovery. However, if left untreated, breech presentation may lead to obstructed labor, birth injury, or lack of oxygen to the baby. The mother may also face severe complications such as bleeding or uterine rupture. These risks can become life-threatening, so timely surgical intervention is essential.
