Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Seven-month-old Faizan Ali lives with his struggling family in a small overcrowded shelter in Geneva Bihari Camp, where poor living conditions and limited income make daily life extremely difficult. His family depends on the small earnings of his father, Md. Basir Alom, which are barely enough for food and basic needs, leaving no savings for urgent medical treatment. Faizan is a calm and innocent baby, but after suffering from loose stool for several months, his condition became critical with severe dehydration, weakness, reduced urination, and refusal to feed. Doctors warned that without proper treatment, his condition could become life-threatening due to severe loss of body fluids and weakness. During this difficult time, the family learned about Helpster Charity through a medical outreach camp organized in Geneva Camp, which became their hope for Faizan’s treatment and recovery.

Medical history

Following support from Helpster, Faizan Ali was admitted to Al-Manar Hospital Ltd. on May 2, 2026, at 2:08 PM to receive urgent care for severe dehydration and chronic diarrhea. He underwent a four-day stabilization period, during which he received essential intravenous cholera saline and injectable antibiotics. By May 6, 2026, his condition was declared stable with normal vitals, and he was discharged to continue his recovery at home with a specialized regimen of zinc and probiotics. Thanks to this timely intervention, Faizan is now on the path to recovery, free from the immediate danger of life-threatening dehydration.

Outcome

According to the doctors, Faizan Ali requires hospitalization, IV cholera saline, hydration therapy, supportive treatment, and close monitoring to recover from severe dehydration caused by prolonged diarrhea. With proper treatment, his body fluids can gradually return to normal, helping him regain strength, improve feeding, and recover safely from weakness and dehydration. Doctors are carefully monitoring his condition to prevent further complications and ensure his body responds well to treatment. If he does not receive timely treatment, severe dehydration may rapidly worsen and could lead to extreme weakness, severe nutritional problems, organ complications, shock, and other life-threatening conditions that may seriously endanger his life at such a young age.
