Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abubakar is a cheerful boy who loves playing in the sand and occasionally eats it. Six months ago, his mom observed swelling in his groin and scrotum, especially noticeable when he coughs. Despite the swelling, he hasn't experienced any blockages or pain.
Medical history
He was evaluated for surgery on the 7th January, 2024 on account of Left inguino scrotal Hernia.Surgery was conducted successfully and he was discharged on 10th January, 2024.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
