Her mother is a small-scale farmer and the family’s sole breadwinner. The little income earned from farming is used to support the family’s daily needs and upkeep. Juliette was brought to the facility with a history of severe generalized body itchiness, recurrent scaly skin lesions, and whitish body patches. The condition caused significant discomfort, making her restless both during the day and at night due to continuous scratching. Her mother reported that the itching had become excessive, affecting Juliette’s sleep, concentration, and ability to play comfortably with other children. Frequent scratching had caused breaks and sores on the skin, increasing the risk of infection and worsening the irritation. Some areas had become painful, inflamed, and sensitive due to repeated scratching. She was reviewed by a clinician and later referred for dermatologist assessment, where she was diagnosed with severe atopic dermatitis requiring specialized treatment and close follow-up care.

The dermatologist reviewed the patient and and diagnosed her with Atopic dermatitis. The drugs were prescribed and issued to the patient. The patient was booked for review after one month but was advised to come anytime incase of emergency or if the symptoms persist.
