Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 4year old boy who likes to eat and play football. He develops headache, fever, and rashes, fever with cold is worse at nights. This started few months ago but will subside and start again.
Medical history
A 4year old boy who likes to eat and play football. The child was referred from the Helpster outreach program at Makoko, with skin rashes, fever, cough, catarrh. He was diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, Contact Dermatitis, and malaria/sepsis. The child was treated as an outpatient and given appropriate medications which will treat all the symptoms. The mother was happy and grateful to Helpster, as she went home with all the free medications.
Outcome
The treatment has good prognosis when treated promptly and would improve the child's quality of life
