Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Modupe is a 20-year-old pregnant woman who isn't married and didn't go to school. She was fine until a few weeks ago when she started having trouble breathing. She went to the outreach clinic, and they sent her to Cottage hospital for free treatment from Helpster.
Medical history
The child was referred from the Helpster outreach program at Makoko, with nausea and tiredness. She was diagnosed with early pregnancy and malaria. She was treated as an outpatient and given appropriate medications for malaria and pregnancy supplements which will treat all the symptoms. She was happy and grateful to Helpster, as she went home with all the free medications.
Outcome
She could lose the baby if not treated
