Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mary is a 2-year-old girl who goes to a nearby school in the community. She enjoys reading and wants to become a teacher when she grows up. Around 3 months ago, she got sores around her lips and mouth. But her parents don't have money to take her to the hospital for treatment.
Medical history
The child was referred from the Helpster outreach program at Makoko, with skin rashes, fever, cough, catarrh, mouth sores, loss of appetite, and history of itching skin. She was diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI), Skin Infection/Sepsis, and malaria. The child was treated as an outpatient and given appropriate medications which will treat all the symptoms. The mother was happy and grateful to Helpster, as she went home with all the free medications.
Outcome
It has good prognosis and the child can go on to play like others
